I managed to capture the reflected image of our kitten, 'Muddy' first sighting of the new pup 'Mim'. I couldn't resist painting it!
In case you were wondering, Muddy is a rescue British Shorthair (Blue silver) and little Mim was a delightful surprise for friends after her mum - a Kelpie/Blue Heeler, decided to visit Brutus the Sausage dog!
This is an original watercolour painting on Saunders Waterford high white 300gsm paper. Aden has once again float mounted it beautifully, using archival materials. He has chosen Victorian Ash to finish and it measures approx. 93.5cmx74.5cm. (I will post some images that show the finished piece framed in the next few days.)
Please also note that the paper colour is whiter than it looks in this image.
